I'm 16,is it to late to start acting and pursue my dream? (10 points)?

Ever since I was little,I've always wanted to an actress, and for a while now,I have been acting in front of my mirror and I have this very helpful app on my phone that trains me. But is it too late to actually start my dream of acting, I am joining a theater and hopefully do plays there and also they give pirate lessons. Should I forget about pursuing my dream?
