What are the side effect if Endometriosis?

I just have keyhole surgery and they burned some of my endometriosis i am in some sort of injection which my GP will have to give me next week( the will stop my periods and i would get hot flushes , i am only 25 years old and i am worry they endometriosis will come back and also that i might not be able to have children in the future, i adore children and in time i would like to have them. any of you have experience of dealing with ENDOMETRIOSIS if so please tell me about your experiences,thank you.
