Question about recovery from my gallbladder removal yesterday?

firstly i think they sent me home far too early - 4hours after i woke from operation i was being sent home. spent the afternoon being sick and sleeping. in soo much pain -they gave me no pain killers -asked if i had anything at home i said i had some paracetamol and codeine they said take that and get some ibuprofen -well i couldnt get any ibuprofen in me when i couldnt eat so will try them today. pain so bad i rang my gp and she got me a prescription for stronger painkillers and they will be delivered by chemist-oh they just arrived-tramodol hydrochloride 50mg take 2 tablets 4times a day. hospital gave me no follow up appointment - my 4 holes (keyhole surgery) were GLUED instead of stitches -told i take my own bandages off in a few days -sure this should be done by a nurse and the wounds checked?! surely i should have a post op check within 2-3 weeks to see how im recovering. i was given no written info about how the surgery went -surgeon dropped by stood at door told me it was very imflamed and clearly causing a lot of problems and i did the right thing having it removed then he went - never came in my room and sat down and talked through it which is a bit rude and i think i should have had it written incase i forgot what he said.
