Can't connect AOL email to Microsoft Outlook 2010!?

I', trying to setup up outlook for the first time and it's not allowing me to conncet. It says encrypted connection to your server is not availible. What could be the problem? I've tried searching for the problem on google but nothing I do helps. Is there a problem with Outlook 2010? I'm using a real version not a pirated one.
