Do I have enough to sue him?

My gay neighbor (I'm a male) who hates me because he thinks I'm homophobic. So he did so much to my truck. Wrote words with a Sharpie, egged, keyed, nails behind tires, poured fish oil in the vents, and super glue in the keyhole. I had enough so I finally got a camera for my balcony. Guess what he did this morning? Smeared feces (probably dog ****) under the car door handles. It got on my hand and work clothes. I actually have it on video! But, the video only showed of him smearing the poop under the handles. It did no damage, I just have to wash it off really good. Because there was no damage, can I still sue him for vandalism?
