Hannah And The Pirate Caves Wont Work T_T?

i have tryed IE and google chrome and they both didnt work i went onto neopets on google chrome and it said this "This shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems. Please contact the author of this content regarding this problem. Shockwave is unable to continue" please help me
