I need help with this algebra question if someone could please lend a hand thank you very much for who ever he?

If an object is propelled straight upward from ground level with an initail velocity of 160 feet per second, its height h in feet t seconds later is givenby the equation h= -16t^2 + 160ft. After how many seconds is the height 144 feet?
