What is the best att phone for my budget?

well my cellphone broke down and i got no guarranty so i want to buy a new one. but my budget is under 200 bucks. what phones do u suggest i am really into smartphone i loved htc tilt 2 and the samsung propel pro so i am looking something like that but under 200 bucks can u recommend aniithing.
